VBD check valves are used to stop a double-acting cylinder
The valves are used with double-acting cylinders to lock a load in the desired position and require a pilot pressure to release.
The external body is made of high resistance steel and is protected from oxidation by a zinc treatment.
It is possible to request a surface treatment in zinc/nickel to increase resistance to oxidation, in the case where, for example, the valve is poorly protected and exposed to atmospheric agents.
The sealing is ensured by a tapered poppet hardened and grinded.
